    근황, 식사 등 서로의 안부 묻기


  • 지적하기 전에 먼저 칭찬하기

    폭언, 욕설 등 모욕적인 언행 하지 않기
    수고했다는 말 한마디 먼저 건네기

신고내용 비밀보장, 불이익방지, 신고인 신분보장

STEP 03. 조사

출석요구, 진술청취, 진술서 제출요청

STEP 04. 심의의결 결과통보

사실조사보고 인권경영위원회 심의의결, 결과 서면통보

STEP 05. 시정조치

시정명령에 따른 인사조치, 재발방지 교육
